Paul Pflumm was born in Torrington, Connecticut on October 11, 1964. He graduated from Colby College with a degree in Economics, and attended Rutgers School of Law - Camden.
He is admitted to the bars of Massachusetts and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts in Massachusetts and New Jersey.
Paul served as a shared law clerk for the judges of the Trenton vicinage of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey in 2001–2002.
Paul appeared and argued in Ryker v. Current, 338 B.R. 642 (D.N.J. 2006); In re Ryker, 315 B.R. 664 (Bankr. D.N.J. 2004); In re Steck, 298 B.R. 244 (Bankr. D.N.J. 2003); and In re Fabricators Supply Co., 292 B.R. 531 (Bankr. D.N.J. 2003).
Paul practices in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial law. He represents debtors and creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy.
